FOR URGENT APPOINTMENTS
Please be sure to tell the receptionist if your medical problem is urgent, then we can arrange for you to be assessed as soon as possible.
CANCELLATION OF APPOINTMENTS
If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment please contact us as soon as possible – so we can offer that time to another patient who may need it.
CONSULTATIONS
Routine doctor's appointments are set at 10 to 15 minutes, although we do offer shorter appointments at a reduced rate.
If you have several problems to be dealt with, require minor surgery, a medical exam (e.g. immigration, insurance) or want more than one family member seen, then please advise the receptionist when making your appointment so more time can be allocated – fees will be adjusted accordingly.
