Phone Triage
This allows us to assess your symptoms and then make the most appropriate appointment for you. Phone triage also allows our medical team to arrange any pre-work you might need – for example, blood tests, prescriptions, x-rays or referrals. Pre-work can all be arranged over the phone without you having to come into the medical practice. This saves time, is more convenient for you and means your appointment can be more efficient.
Please note, there is no charge for a triage phone call that results in you coming into the practice to see one of our medical team in person – only the fee for the in-person consult will apply. Phone Consultation
Many routine medical conditions can be managed effectively over the phone. If you’re short on time or find it difficult to visit the practice, a phone consultation with one of our clinicians offers a convenient solution.
Video Consultation
Video consults are a great way to see one of our clinicians without coming into the practice—no travel time, no waiting room. Instead, you can talk to us from the comfort of your home or a quiet place at work. Video consults work well for routine, non-urgent matters.
